Napar website terms
Website terms and information about the app and Napar Club.
Draft. Operator and website hosting details have been completed. The app’s production AI infrastructure, providers, retention and data transfers still require verification before that service launches.
1. Operator and scope
Napar is operated by Krzysztof Guz, address: ul. Czechowska 3/23, 20-072 Lublin, Poland. Contact: krzysztof.guz@me.com. The website offers educational and culinary content: 24 plant profiles, guides and infusion previews. It does not sell products or accept payments.
2. Using the content
A current browser and internet connection are enough to browse the site. Reading does not require registration. Search and filters are optional helpers; the main content is available without JavaScript.
Do not use the service to infringe others’ rights, attempt unauthorised access or disrupt the website. Rights to the content and visuals are reserved as provided by law. Permitted use and other statutory rights remain unaffected.
3. Nature of the atlas and infusions
The content helps you learn about plants and flavours. It is not diagnosis, treatment advice, medicinal dosing or confirmation of a found plant’s edibility. Illustrations and blend images are decorative. Photo identification needs further verification.
Use food-grade products of confirmed origin. Do not freely substitute species, plant parts or recipe ingredients. If you have allergies, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take medication, consult a professional about your choice of herbs.
4. The app and Apple’s standard EULA
The Napar app is distributed through the App Store. Its licence is governed by Apple’s standard End User Licence Agreement (EULA). These website terms supplement the service information and do not replace the EULA or mandatory consumer rights.
5. Napar Club
Club includes the full atlas, all 100 recipes and the scanner. Free access includes 24 plant profiles and the first infusion in each of five categories: 5 full recipes with a timer. Planned prices for Poland are PLN 8.99 monthly, PLN 89 yearly or PLN 259 once for Lifetime. Binding terms, price, currency and availability appear in the App Store before purchase. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically under Apple’s terms. Lifetime does not renew and provides permanent access to the entitlement; the AI allowance is 60 analyses monthly, not unlimited.
Subscription cancellation, payment management, refund requests and purchase restoration use Apple’s or the app’s available features. We do not exclude statutory rights concerning complaints, service conformity or withdrawal where provided by law. Any exceptions for digital content require the statutory conditions to be met.
6. Requests and updates
For technical issues or comments on the content, write to krzysztof.guz@me.com. Describe the issue and identify the page or app feature; do not send API keys, payment details or unnecessary sensitive data. Requests will be handled within applicable statutory deadlines.
The service may be updated to improve its content and operation. Changes do not limit mandatory statutory rights or rights under an existing contract. This version was prepared on 21 September 2026.
